Eces - Santa Rosa Beach Estate Sale!

Hi Everyone...We are in SANTA ROSA BEACH once more this week.  The address is 270 FAIRWAY DRIVE, SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL  32459.  This sale will be held on FRIDAY & SATURDAY, AUGUST 22nd & 23rd from 8am to 2pm.  This sale has art, indoor & outdoor decor, Sango china, high quality clothing, garage items and so much more.  If you have any questions, please text or call Angie at 860-303-6443.  If you would like to Pre-purchase any of the selected items, this is how it works:

**Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description.
**If you wish to purchase items that don't have a description and price, please call the contact on the sale or shop the sale on Scheduled Sale Dates.
**If you wish to purchase a "Pre-Sale" item, please text or call Angie at 860-303-6443.  Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item.
**PRE-SALES end at 5:00pm on the day prior to the sale.
**All SALES ARE FINAL, WHERE IS, AS IS.  NO REFUNDS.
**A payment link from SQUARE will be sent to you.  Payment must be paid UPON RECEIPT of link or item will be reposted For Sale.
**All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.  If any item is not picked up by the end of the sale, there WILL NOT BE A REFUND.
**DELIVERIES are available for a fee.  Please call Kevin Dolan at (850)889-5356.
**Taxes will be charged at time of purchase.  If you are a dealer, please bring a copy of your resale certificate.
