For early birds who make their own list, WE will transfer names to OUR sheet but you MUST BE PRESENT to be added to our sheet. If not present, your name is removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make sure you are back at the house by 8:45, if you are not in line by that time, you will forfeit your spot. Clear see-through bags will be permitted.** **BRING HELP. ** HTG DOES NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Please bring help when purchasing large items. BRING YOUR OWN PACKING SUPPLIES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. HTG accepts cash, local checks with ID and credit cards with a 3% fee. PARKING-Estate is located in a gated community with some street parking. There are parking spots throughout the development. ONLY PARK IN DESIGNATED AREAS. Driveway is for loading big items only. We expect customers to be courteous of neighbors. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAYS AND MAILBOXES. PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU ARE PARKING.
