Multiple family members have contributed items for this sale but the main seller is a lifetime collector who attends many auctions and concerts from all genres. He owns a general contracting company and his love of life and people has given him the opportunity to collect just about everything. You will not believe the quantity and variety of items available for purchase. Most items will be outside under tents with some items in the basement.

- Please bring help moving/loading large items. There will not be anyone available to help you
- All items are sold "as is" and "where is" with no guarantees or warranties
- Absolutely no returns will be accepted
- No food or drink on property
- Do not bring your own large bags, bags and boxes can be provided to you
- Must pick up all items by 2:00 p.m. on the last day of the sale (Saturday) or they will be considered to be forfeited with no refund
- If you place an item on hold, the item will only be held until 2:00 p.m. of the day you place that item on hold
- No parking in driveway. Driveway for pick-ups only
