Hi Folks...  Welcome to this GREAT BIG ESTATE SALE at 7120 BROADMOOR STREET, NAVARRE, FL  32566!  This sale will be held on FRIDAY & SATURDAY, AUGUST 15th & 16th with extended hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM!!  This sale is jam packed with goodies everywhere.  It is a BIG house with a 3 car Garage, Shed, Pool Area, a large YARD and so much more.  The gentleman was a machinist and a car/motorcycle lover.  This 3 car garage is PACKED!!  If you have any questions or would like to Pre-Purchase any of the items, please contact Angie at 860-303-6443.  Don't miss these PRE-SALES!!  Here is how pre-buying works:

**Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description.
**If you wish to purchase items that don't have a description and price, please call the contact on the sale or shop the sale on Scheduled Sale Dates.
**If you wish to purchase a "Pre-Sale" item, please text or call Angie at 860-303-6443.  Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item.
**PRE-SALES end at 5:00pm on the day prior to the sale.
**All SALES ARE FINAL, WHERE IS, AS IS.  NO REFUNDS.
**A payment link from SQUARE will be sent to you.  Payment must be paid UPON RECEIPT of link or item will be reposted For Sale.
**All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.  If any item is not picked up by the end of the sale, there WILL NOT BE A REFUND.

**Taxes will be charged at time of purchase.  If you are a dealer, please bring a copy of your resale certificate.
