(Full payment must be made before items are released.)
4. Pickup Only – No Delivery
• All items must be picked up by the buyer.
• We do not offer delivery or shipping.
• Pickup must occur at the scheduled location and time provided after purchase.
5. Buyer Is Responsible for Moving Items
• Please bring help to move/load furniture or large items.
• We are not able to assist with lifting, loading, or transporting items.
6. Not Responsible for Accidents or Damages
• Buyer assumes all risks during item removal and transport.
• We are not liable for any injuries or property damage that may occur on or off-site.
7. First Come, First Served
• Items will not be held without payment.
