Annual Yard, Book and Bake Sale, Saturday, August 16, 2025, at First United Methodist Church, 135 W. Simpson Street, Mechanicsburg, 8:00 am to noon in the parking lot and multipurpose room (corner of Frederick and Simpson). Rain or shine. Come for lots of great bargains, such as jewelry, toys, clothing, collectibles, handmade items, housewares, etc. The HUGE book sale includes all varieties of books, CD’s, puzzles and DVD’s. Most books will be sold for just 25 cents! Food will be available along with delicious homemade baked goods. Children in attendance receive FREE school supplies in a handmade pencil pouch, while supplies last. Once again for shopper’s convenience, the Book sale and church yard sale will take place inside! Doors open promptly at 8:00 am for the indoor sale. Proceeds benefit the ministries supported by the United Women in Faith and our youth Mission Trips.
