Estate of Mind, LLC We are selling a 2003 Breckenridge Recreational Park Trailer that is located in Hawley, MN. Trailer is in good condition but does have a water leak in the back but doesn’t impact the inside. Has clean title. There was a water issue 1 year ago at the front of the trailer-carpet area onlywhen a window was left open and rain came in.Trailer is hooked up to an addition and will need to be detached and pulled out of camping spot to be removed. Only individuals who have experience & equipmentin moving large items please bid as we do not want to damage any property. The addition is not for sale and when removing the camper trailer, the buyer must be very careful not to damage the addition. Trailer can be viewed on Saturday August 2nd from 10:00-12:00pm ONLY.
