All accepted offers must be paid for and removed by Sunday July 27th at 6pm. Pickup from 12-6pm.

Reminder: This is NOT AN AUCTION. Offers can be accepted at any point during this sale, including offers taken locally. Sold items will be marked accordingly.

Backup offers will be considered where higher offers fall through. If you fall through on an offer, you'll be blocked from future sales and JustOffers.io from buying again.

Online offers will be considered whereas you understand you must pay via Cash App or Zelle. Over $2,000 must be a wire. No exceptions. You'll also be fully responsible for shipping.

Payment Instructions

Payments are due immediately on being accepted. If you make an offer, and choose not to continue with the sale, you'll be removed from the sale.

No paper checks accepted.

Transactions $2K+ wire only. We can pay the wire fee.

Sales tax 7% will apply on all transactions

Pickup, Shipping & Delivery
Pickup must be before Sunday July 27th at 6pm for any paid items. Read preview instructions for access dates.

If you do not pick up by then, the item will be considered abandoned and returned back to our property. No exceptions unless given approval. Please pick up your purchases.

Shipping is available whereas we agree on all shipping costs and offer amounts. If you're not local, please consider potential shipping costs prior to making an offer. Large and delicate items can be rather expensive.

Delivery is not available by us directly. We highly recommend working with a local carrier. We must have all carrier information prior to the pickup deadline! We will not release merchandise to someone not fully verified and documented as an approved pickup entity.
