WE WILL HAVE WATER ONSITE FOR FREE! An antique collectors dream sale. Over 6000 feet packed with incredible treasures that are all super collectible! We have the super popular Franciscan starburst, mid-century modern stoneware, which is the most popular in the world, and we have over 400 pieces. We have been getting calls from Chicago, Phoenix, St. Louis asking if we would ship these for pre-sale. All have been told no this is first come first serve! We also have rare Fenton, uranium glass pieces, Fostoria, antique furniture , gold, and sterling jewelry, collectible knives from shops, like James B Lyle, the creator of the Rambo, knife, Vintage, toys, records, books, multiple lawyers, bookcases, tons of quilts and plenty more! We also have multiple firearms (all highly collectible) from brands like colt, W + C Scott and DPMS, tons of tools and multiple pieces of ShopSmith equipment. We have multiple vehicles that are available, but also for pre-sale so some of them may be gone by Estate Sale starting time. You have a trio of restored beautiful, vintage vehicles, such as a beautiful 1941 Chevy pick up 1937 Ford sedan delivery that is super rare 2019 Honda Odyssey minivan with mobility outfit with only 36,000 miles ! 1990 Chevy 1500 (doesn’t run) There is so much to see and the house is so full that we will have to limit entry so get here early and often ! We are still hard at work and will be unable to answer pricing questions. The sale will run Wednesday, July 23 through Saturday, July 26 from 9 AM until 4 PM daily. The home will be located in a cul-de-sac and parking will not be allowed except for outside of the cul-de-sac . The address will be posted Tuesday evening and we look forward to seeing everybody then! Online Auction: We will have an online auction at the end of this sale! Details to come. We’re still prepping multiple estate sales and are unable to answer pricing questions at this time Security: Property is under 24-hour surveillance. Payment: We accept cash, CashApp, and Venmo ONLY. No cards or checks. ATM onsite: We DO have an ATM onsite at this location for your convenience but ATM does have a transaction fee and max individual withdrawal of $200 each (multiple allowed) Please plan ahead to avoid fees. • Loading: If you buy something heavy, you must bring your own muscle to move or load it.
