Mini Indoor Estate/Tag Sale In Seekonk

We are not doing a Google Form for sign up - this is more of an informal sale.
We can only let a certain amount of people in at once. It is the basement, and some of the rooms upstairs.

We are still opening boxes - these items all came from the family storage unit. As we unpack, we will put more pictures up.

We accept cash, Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo and PayPal.

Throughout the duration of the sale, there will be a certain amount of people allowed in at any given time.

Please Note: Due to our insurance company we cannot help carry large/heavy items out for our customers. Please bring assistance to help with your items. If you purchase large furniture it would be best if you could pick it up right after the sale ends on each day.

Please bring your own packing materials and transport materials, if necessary - boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc.) bring help to load large items. We will have some newspaper/bubble wrap and some bags for your convenience. Please bring blankets to protect surroundings if bringing larger items out. We are not responsible for accidents.

NOTE: If you know us and our company, you know that we will always help you in any way to make your experience with us a smooth and happy one!

PRICING:
Prices are pretty set on day 1.
Prices are more flexible on day 2 (if there is a day 2)
Let’s sell everything on day 3! (If there is a third day!)

CONDITION
Please note that the items we are selling are preowned, used and second-hand. While we endeavor to do our best to ensure that we describe any flaws, we cannot guarantee the condition of items and are not responsible for defects that are missed / not included in our description.

All items are offered as-is, please check your items thoroughly before you leave with them - as there are no refunds or exchanges. Thank you in advance for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you at the sale!

This is a smaller estate/tag sale with bric-a-brac, household, and decor items. There is some furniture - a neat dining/kitchen set, and a few other pieces.
