- Cash only. All sales are final. As a cash only sale and due to the nature of estate sales, we do not issue refunds; all sales are final. It is your responsibility to inspect all items before purchasing.
- Bring your own assistance. Sales team cannot help move or load items.
- Removing Stickers or Swapping Stickers is Stealing and will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises. We have the right to have surveillance at all places at the estate sale.
- Verbal / physical disputes of any kind amongst customers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any item / customer from a sale in any such instance. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse customer entry at our discretion.
- Enter at your own risk. You are responsible for any slips, falls, and damage or harm that you may cause to yourself, others, or the property. The homeowners are not responsible or liable for any such instance. By entering the grounds, you accept all responsibility and agree to these terms – and consent to being photographed/videotaped.
