Shipping Information: $9.00 Flat Rate for items under 16oz that fit in a padded envelope or small box and require no special packing or insurance (Must Qualify for First Class Mail). For larger items, handling fees range from $5 to $25, based on the quantity and weight of items. Shipping fees are determined after packaging. Shipping may take up to 10 business days. After shipping is determined, you will receive an invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 7 days, items are considered abandoned. For large or non-shippable items, we recommend contacting Cliff at All In One Moving and Logistics (972-822-4464). Pick-Up Requirements: Winning bidders must bring their own manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove items. For larger items, please ensure adequate help is arranged, as items must be removed without property dumping. Any property damage caused during pick-up is the buyer's responsibility. The estate company and property owner are not responsible for accidents or injuries during pick-up. Staff may be available to assist with lifting or loading items, but tips for their assistance are required. Items are considered abandoned when not picked up during the posted pick-up window or after 7 days of non-payment after shipping payment is requested. Shipping must be requested before the posted pick-up time. Payment and Fees: Cards on file with HiBid will be charged immediately after the auction closes. Ensure your payment information is current to avoid a $5 service fee for failed transactions. Abandonment Policy: Unclaimed items will incur a $25 abandonment fee per lot.
