~ once I have your full information, I will text you the address and specific instructions on how to get through the gate and attend the sale
~ cash Zelle or Venmo only no checks or credit cards
~ please bring bubble wrap, newspaper, and boxes for small items
~ the buyer is responsible for moving furniture so please bring helpers and a truck.
If you don't have helpers & truck, I can recommend a Mover to you.
