Junior Optimist Club Yard Sale For Childhood Cancer Research

Coronado High School Jr Optimist Club in conjunction with the Optimist Club of Coronado is hosting their annual fundraiser for childhood cancer research on Saturday, July 12th, from 0800-1130 at 777 H Ave. The Jr. Optimist Club (JOI) is an international service and leadership organization focused on learning how to make a positive impact on the community. 100% of the profits raised will donated to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, a charity dedicated to finding cures for childhood cancers. The sale this year features a wide selection of high-quality items, including bikes, surfboards, outdoor furniture, a couch, a bird cage, rugs, a TV, a ping pong table, a baking stone, clothing, brand-new shoes and cleats, and craft items.
