Friday we open at 8:30 am

There is absolute no on street parking.
There is a field just north of the house to park in. It is one way. Enter and leave slowly and carefully!
The driveway is one way and for handicaps and pick up only.
You park in the field and walk over this amazing bridge. The walk is idyllic a gift from Karen and myself! Walk slowly and enjoy. That being said you cannot walk all over this property. Please stay in the areas where there are items for sale. Thank you so much for respecting the owners beautiful property! There are like 4 or so large art pieces on the property they are NOT for sale.

This is a cash sale with Venmo over 50.00. On Friday there will be 3 check out places. Karen is in the garage, Jen is in the guest house and Randy, Sally and Lindsay are in the main house. If you need help with bringing items to the hold area in the main house- look or call for Lindsay .
Please bring your own help to move heavy or large items.
There are no bathroom facilties.

So After you walk from the field to the house. There are 3 places to shop. I will try and list what is in each area so you can figure out where you want to start. It is truly a sale that you will want to return to every day to see it all.
1. Main House- 2 floors plus wing out to master bedroom

2. The Guest house- 2 floors
across the driveway and on Friday has it's own check out area-




3. Garage- there are two floors to the garage. The stairs in the garage are very steep, if you are not confident please do not do them. Also when you get to the top they wing out to two different levels, as said be care and go up are your own risk .
