Deer Springs, Woods of Versailles & Pine Neighborhoods Prepare for Annual Garage Sale and Fundraiser Supporting Limb Difference Awareness

Community-Wide Sale Set for July 12–13, with Early Bird Deals on July 11

The Deer Springs, Woods of Versailles, and Pine Lake neighborhoods will host their beloved annual garage sale on Saturday and Sunday, July 12–13, 2025, with several homes kicking things off early on Friday, July 11, for eager early bird shoppers.

Dozens of households throughout the community will participate, offering everything from furniture and clothing to kids’ toys, designer items, tools, kitchenware, and one-of-a-kind treasures. Whether you’re hunting for a bargain, searching for a hidden gem, or just want to stroll and browse with neighbors, there’s something for everyone.

This year’s event will also feature a special fundraiser in honor of a neighborhood child born with a limb difference. A home on Agassiz will be selling copies of Curious and Kind for $12 each, along with donated baked goods and lemonade. All proceeds will benefit the Limb Love Library- an organization dedicated to donating inclusive children’s books to schools and raising awareness about limb differences and disabilities.

House of Munch Food Truck will be present for parts of the sale serving fair food favorites!
