There is a steep driveway and we ask that you either park at the bottom on the street or drive up and park on the lot to the left. Please keep the front of the home accessible for loading items & or for people that need accommodations. The home is two stories and you will need to bring help with you to move furniture. Please Plan Accordingly. There will be a professional delivery driver on call , for a delivery fee,if you are not able to transport furniture yourself.He will only be delivering to Cities located in Coachella Valley. The sign in sheet will be posted between 7:30 am - 8:00 am on the first day of the sale only. Sign in sheet is on a first come first serve basis. If you somehow find/locate the home before we arrive, homeowner & neighbors prefer that you place a box or bag as a marker and wait in your vehicle for my arrival.
