After almost 8 months we have (hopefully) come to the end of the liquidation at this beautiful estate. This will be the 5th and final online auction. We had mentioned in our last auction thatwe were done with the main house but we managed to fill it all over again. It is the estate that keeps on giving.There is a good mix of everything in this auction including a large collection of hunting / wildlife themed collectible art. This auction will also feature all the outdoor items that everyone has kept asking about. Patio furniture, bronzes, fire pits, and loose decorative items from around the property. There are also some heavy equipment pieces and items for landscaping and maintenance. There are also tons of collectibles and unique items. There will be two preview days for this auction to make sure everyone gets a chance to seeeverything: Saturday June 28th from 10:00am to 3:00pm and Sunday July 6th from 10:00am to 3:00pm 2100 Holcomb Ranch LnReno, NV 89511 This auction has just over 500 lots so it will take a bit of time for the entire auction to conclude. Lots close at a rate of 120 lots per hour. So the auction will take roughly 4 and a half hours to fully close. We are also running this auction for two weeks to maximize the coverage and market this auction properly. We are also setting up another estate sale we had scheduled. The auction will begin closing on Saturday July 12th at 3:00pm. Pickup will begin the following day, Sunday July 13th from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Pick up will also be available Monday July 14th from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Since this our last auction, these pick up days will not have much flexibility as our time on the property will be limited at the end of this auction.
