2Nd Weekend!...Big Savings!! Large Estate Sale W/4, 200+ Items Left! (Rita Rd/Nexus Rd)

This is the 2nd and last weekend of our Estate Sale. Enjoy 50% off most items Saturday and 70% off on Sunday!! This takes the "what isn't is or isn't a reasonable offer" out of the equation on Sunday. :) Where hopefully now our prices (which were right in line before with most estate sales in Tucson ) will start to maybe look REALLY GOOD to Everyone!! We ran Full Price on Saturday and only 30% off on Sunday last weekend and this just didn't clear the house much out of the 5,100+ items like we wanted to maybe. NO SALES TAX! We gave away about 200 items to Goodwill, but also found about 200 more items hidden for the estate sale :) and we sold a little over maybe 800 items last weekend. Anyone who maybe attended last weekend knows that we were a little bit disorganized, but we learned from that and now we have cleared that up in the last few days, and especially with two more days to prepare really well, this should be a well run estate sale compared to last week. Any eBay flippers out there (we don't have the time and energy to do much on eBay. The commission fees are high and it is just a lot of work ) can stand to make a lot of profit from these LOW prices on quality items this weekend! In the photos, we have filled all the spaces of items that sold with new items that we didn't have room to display last week (we still have an overflow and not enough room in the house! This is still a PACKED house! ) We apologize where you can maybe see prices in the photos, but there really wasn't much we could do about that and ALL PRICES ARE GUARANTEED from the photos and will not change between now and Saturday and Sunday (we do not operate that way, it would be unethical ) with the caveat being that there are 5 or 6 items that will have a final estate sale price on them on Saturday and up to 10 items maybe on Sunday. ****50% off most items Saturday, June 28th and 70% off most items Sunday, June 29th!
