Due to the passage of Colorado House Bill 23-1219, starting October 1, 2023, all firearm purchases in Colorado require a three-day waiting period before you are allowed to take delivery of the firearm. Firearms must be paid for before we will conduct a background check. Failure to pass the background check will result in the buyer paying a 25% restocking fee and returning the item. Any out-of-state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL. No firearms sales to Massachusetts. Some firearms or magazines may not be legal in all locations. Know your local laws. NO REFUNDS.
