French meets Italian meets Architectural Salvage in a stunning 1870's Victorian in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, California. This is a sale that we have been working on for the last 2 months and every single day we spot something amazing that we had missed in all of our days here. It's been such an honor to have been chosen to host this incredible, historic estate sale. There are so many different aspects to this sale from the very large clothing collection (including many vintage Kimonos) to the French kitchen wares, to the architectural pieces that cover the grounds, to the wine cellar full of wrought iron wine racks, to the French and Victorian Linen room to the vintage maps and ephemera. This estate has everything once could ever wish for. PHOTOS WILL BE ADDED DAILY This will be a 4 day sale in Santa Rosa near Spring Lake. ADDRESS WILL BE POSTED ON . ORG SITE ON Wednesday Evening.The daughter lives on the property so please respect her privacy and when signing up, please be quiet so as to not disturb her. Sale Dates Thursday June 19th 9am-4pmFriday June 20th 9am-4pmSunday June 21st 9am-4pmSunday June 22nd 9am-4pm This is a full 4 day sale in a very packed house. Very Important: We are allowing 20 people into the house itself. We are allowing 30 people on the grounds, pool house and wine cellar. That means the first 50 people will be allowed into the sale. While this is a large amount we ask for your patience in line. We will have a checkout for the inside of the home and another check out for the grounds near the entrance to the property. We will have 2 sign up sheets. One for the house and one for the grounds for the first group of people. The house people will be escorted to the house followed by the Grounds customers. Because there are so many delicate items in the house, we needed to keep these 2 check out areas separate. We will have large bags available for the clothing shoppers for the first 40 customers. We will have shopping baskets available for shoppers inside the house. We will have a lot of room for HOLDS for the grounds shoppers.We have a NEW tag with a perforated section. To hold something, find David or Ali in order to secure your purchase.The Sign Up lists will be provided by us in the very early hours of Thursday morning. Our list is the only list we will go by. The lists will be at the entrance to the property.The driveway is ONLY for loading.Please park carefully on the street and DO NOT block driveways or mailboxes. There is NO PARKING on the opposite street so park carefully please.Please do not disturb the daughter in her home.All valuables will be removed each night.Prices will be FIRM both THURSDAY andFRIDAY, we begin discounting 25% on SATURDAY $1.00 and up.
