We are sooo excited to host this Vancouver sale! Wow, just wow...it is an amazing estate! In addition to an oversized living room with a grand staircase to greet you through the front doors, this 6000+ square foot home has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 family rooms, a tool room, oversized 3 car garage, and a garden shed all packed with beautiful treasures in every inch! Glass in any color you could want by Murano, Royal Albert, Bavarian, Fostoria, Westmoreland, Durand, Fenton, Uranium, Avon, Anchor Hocking, Hofbauer Byrdes, Hall, Delft Blue, Indiana, Moon and Stars, and lots more! In additional to colored glass, Thomas Kinkade art can be found in almost every room. Here's the summarized details room-by-room: First floor: Grand entry has red and blue glass displayed on beautiful, mirrored tables, and in curio cabinets of all sizes, vintage formal furniture, and a gorgeous grand piano (Samick SG-172F) sitting next to a just as gorgeous Howard Miller Majestic II curio grandfather clock.Dining room has a beautiful dining room table with heart-shaped chairs, plus 3 hutches filled with fun collections... cloisonne trinket boxes, miniature clocks, miniature glass figurines, and a large collection of Hofbauer Byrdes crystal. Off the dining room is a sitting area with a pristine white couch, loveseat, and 2 chairs hosting a doll collection.Primary kitchen is packed with so many fun collections. I took a lot of pictures because there is too much to list, but some of the standout collections are a large collection of white Fenton hobnail glassware and other milk glass, Royal Albert Petit Point china, variety of cookie jars, glasses in all different colors, and a vintage set of Arcopal Blue Ribbon Geese dishes and accessories. Service kitchen has more vintage dishware and small kitchen appliances. Family room off the primary kitchen has a like new beige couch and loveseat, a black leather electric lift chair, and a Samick piano. We called it the animal room, as it is decorated with different animals in various mediums. Porcelain polar bears, white painted brass horses, elephants, large ceramic deer family, and other small animal collectibles. Family room #2 is an official Christmas Bazaar! Our favorite Christmas extraordinaire, Claudia described it as impressively meticulous and joyous! There are more than 20 nativity sets, a vintage blow mold set of the Trinity and several other ceramic and hand painted Trinities. There is a significant collection of vintage ornaments, Radko Shiny Brite reproductions and some originals, Rauch ornaments, and plenty more. She also said even as an experienced Christmas salesperson, this is the largest collection of holiday villages she's ever seen! In addition to other Christmas decor, there is an extensive collection of red and green dishware, Bavarian, Durand, Fenton, and others to compliment any holiday table. Laundry room has 3 sewing machines, sewing notions, and fun laundry room themed decor.Primary bedroom has been transformed into a linens room, modern and vintage, everyday and special occasions, whatever you need. The master closet is modest but still has plenty of vintage pieces, plus a fun purse collection.Primary bathroom is something to see with its heartshaped tub! The tub sets the theme... red, white, and romantic with its red Fenton lamps, and white vanity dressing tables.Hall closets host a large collection of teapots, miniature tea sets, and teacups. A second hall closet has like new towels in all colors, and a third hall closet has chafing dishes, small kitchen appliances, and multiple vintage punch bowl sets.Little boy blue bedroom with traditional twin beds and furniture, decorated with football decor, diecast cars, and toys. Frills and lace bedroom is very feminine and charming with its lace bedspread, pink decor, and vintage wood vanity dressing table topped with trinkets. Pink bathroom is just that... a whole lot of pink and it is stunning! Glass in every shade of pink, sprinkled with other items like bunnies, carousels, flowers, and brass.Purple bedroom is filled with all shades of purple glass collectibles, purple dishes, a child size white wicker table and chairs set, and 2 child size brass vanity dressing tables, topped with beautiful purple crystal chandelier lamps.Seashell bathroom has a collection of seashells accented with cobalt blue sea life decor. Upstairs: Nautical reading nook (at the top of the stairs) has a large collection of Reader's Digest books, vintage Encyclopedia Brittanica, and more all held by a fun bookend collection. It also has a light-up ship wheel table, lighthouses, fish, and dolphin decor, and more.Valentine's Day Party at the top of the stairs with a collection of heart-themed fun including 2 heart shaped chairs, heart shaped shadow box tables, heart shaped dishes and collectibles, plus a 7' Sportcraft pool table, and 2 high top tables. Dark blue bedroom with a small queen/full size canopy bed and matching traditional furniture, a navy blue leather loveseat, vintage vanity dressing table, decorated with darker shades of blue glass and delft blue Dutch collectibles. Navy and yellow bathroom is bright and cheery with a collection of birdhouse wall hangings.Brown, yellow, and gold bedroom has another traditional small queen/full size bedroom set of heavy real wood furniture decorated with wooden collectibles, yellow glass, and shiny brass decor.Burgundy and turquoise bedroom has a king size bedroom set, a vintage style bench detailed with carved swans, a grand reproduction Rococo style dressing table, and an abundance of turquoise colored glass and collectibles.Aqua and white bathroom has a quality white vanity dressing table and a variety of aqua colored collectibles.Angel bedroom hosts a large collection of angels. Tree toppers, porcelain and glass figurines, plus various rose porcelain and green glass, with a real wood dresser, chest of drawers, and 2 nightstands. Purple bathroom is the twin to the pink bathroom downstairs, equally stunning except it is filled with purple glass and decor, including a eye catching Murano swirl art flamingo. Garage and more: A tool room is located just off the garage. It has a vintage Montgomery Ward toolbox, lots of handy household tools, a vintage set of Popular Mechanic books, and hand painted decor. The garage is almost as pretty as the house with more Valentine's Day decor, Easter, and 4th of July decor. There are also office supplies, frames of all sizes, a birdhouse collection, candles, coolers and camping gear, exercise equipment, household maintenance tools and supplies, and more. The garden shed has basic lawn and garden tools, chemicals, and supplies.On the way to the shed is a collection of lawn and patio furniture. Chairs, tables with umbrellas, benches, chaise lounges, and more.
