Massive Estate Sale Above Lakeridge. Tons Of Asian Decor And Furniture 6/13 - 6/15

So we got a little overwhelmed getting this sale set up. When we originally looked at this home, everything was boxed up in the garage. We thought it would be a quick sale but there was a tone more than expected. We managed to get everything unboxed and will be working later in the week to get a lot of it priced. There is so much that we are going to add Sunday to our weekend and go three days. There is quite a bit of Asian decor. From decorative statues, collectibles, and all sorts of decor. Also, lots of collectible crystal pieces of every shape and style. And then there is clothes. A lot of clothes. 4 full closets on both levels of the home and then tables full of items downstairs. Hand bags, jackets, shoes, designer tops, fur coats.There are still boxes full just sitting downstairs because we ran out of table space. You could literally spend hours just looking at clothes. Sale will be : Friday (6/13) 9:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday (6/14) 9:00am to 4:00pm, and Sunday (6/15) 9:00am to 1:00pm. We adjusted our hours to go longer and added Sunday just because we have so much to see. We will have plenty of staff on hand to help you get things out of the home and loaded. If you are looking at furniture pieces, bring a truck and we can help you gat things loaded. This sale is in the middle of a closed court. There will be parking available along the road opposite of the homes. Please do not block driveways or impede the flow of traffic in the neighborhood. Don't be the person that parks the wrong way, double parked thinking you are going to run in quickly. There are lots of smalls, breakables, and fragile decor at this sale. We saved ton of packing paper as we unboxed items to carefully wrap things back up. We would suggest bringing your own protective bins / tubs / boxes to get items wrapped up after you pay. This home is multiple levels with a large flight of stairs into the lower level. We ask that if you can not navigate stairs well that you confine your shopping to the top floor only.
