How to Register:
Reserve your space by June 11, 2025. Payment is required to confirm your spot. No refunds. Rain or shine.

Vendor Info Space Rental:
$25 (10 ft x 18 ft) First come, first served upon payment. Each space has parking directly behind the vendor setup. Vendor payment reserves your space and confirms your agreement to the event guidelines.

Set-Up Time for Vendors:
7:30 AM – 8:45 AM Please ensure you are fully set up by 8:45 AM on the opening day.

Prohibited Items:
To ensure a safe and appropriate environment for all: • No weapons or replicas • No alcohol, tobacco, or vape products • No adult/explicit material • No hazardous materials (e.g., fireworks, chemicals) • No counterfeit/stolen goods • No food sales without prior approval and permit

Safety and Liability Waiver:
• Vendors are responsible for the following tasks: setting up and dismantling their displays, supervising their merchandise and customers, ensuring the safety of their items, maintaining a safe environment within their designated area, and cleaning up after the garage sale. • This includes removing all trash, boxes, and unsold items from their space. • DuVal High School and the PTSA event staff are not responsible for damages to vendors’ items, losses due to theft, accidents caused by vendors’ or their customers’ negligence, or the safety of their merchandise.
