The estate sale occurs in an old house's second floor. There are two steep ramps of stairs, please hold on the railing at all time while ascending and descending the stairs. We'll have a lot of items on the lawn as well.

it’s ok to park temporarily in the driveway if someone is holding a list the morning of the sale.
