* Payment: Cash, major credit cards, and debit cards welcome. No checks, please.
* As-Is Sales: All items sold as-is—no returns or exchanges. Inspect your treasures before purchase!
* Pricing: Day 1 prices are firm (no haggling). Day 2 prices drop to half off after 1:00 PM!
* Entry: Please use the back entrance of the house.
* Haul It Yourself: Bring your own bags, boxes, and muscle for larger items.
* Fair Play: No pre-sale shopping—official hunting starts Friday at 8 AM sharp. No early arrivals, please.
* Safety: Children must be accompanied by an adult. No pets (except service animals). Watch your step—treasure trails can be tricky!
* Parking: Please park in the grass outside of the second gate
