The address will be uploaded on Friday, May 30th, 2025. Tiny but full house in Manchester, Mo. A majority of the items for sale will be set up outside under party tents on top of tables. This small house is simply not big enough to accommodate a large crowd inside. We will NOT allow for anyone to go down the basement steps due to how steep they are. The garage is actually in the basement and there will be access from the outside. We caution everyone due to the incline. Upon pulling onto the road that leads to the house, there will be NO PARKING on the right side of the road. Everyone will be able to go down to the school and turn around and pull up on the same side as the house, but do not block any driveways. There will be no vehicles permitted in the horseshoe driveway, other than to load up large items or bulk amounts. There is a variety of vintage, antique, MCM, tools, vintage boardgames, puzzles, dishes, MORE tools, knick knacks, vintage Christmas items, wagons, furniture, record players, bird bath, very large snow blower, appliances, electronics, vintage car parts (NEW), and so much more. The home has been in the family between 50-60 years, if I remember correctly. We will be open to offers on some things.
