Santa Rosa Time Capsule Estate - The Pink House

We have been busy preparing for our large Estate Sale at the end of June, but first a family needed our help so we fit them in and their sweet time capsule estate. We are excited to be in the Proctor Terrace neighborhood of Santa Rosawith a house that is full of pinkness from rugs, to walls, to the oven to the fridge and of course the decor. It's a home brimming with items from the 1960's to the 1980's. There is vintage kitchen, vintage decorating, vintage holiday items, vintage dresses, vintage shoes, vintage costumes and much much more. Every time we would open a cabinet, we'd discover something lovely from the past. It's as if time stood still in this home. Sale Dates Friday May 30th 9am-4pmSaturday May 31st9am-4pmSunday June 1st 9am-4pm This is a full 3 day sale.. We are allowing only 20 shoppers at a time. This will create a bit of a line to checkout so we ask for your patience.The Sign Up list will be provided by us in the very early hours of Friday morning. Our list is the only list we will go by. Feel free to sign up and go grab a coffee.The driveway is ONLY for loading. Please park carefully on the street and DO NOT block driveways or mailboxes.Please do not disturb the owners in the home.All valuables will be removed each night.Discounts are for items $1.00 and up. No discounts on .50 and 25 cents items.Prices will be FIRM both FRIDAY, we begin discounting 25% on SATURDAY. Sunday we will begin to discount starting up to 50%. There are security cameras on site.
