The Remember When Antiques and Estate Sales, LLC team RETURNS to one of Newark's oldest homes in the historic neighborhood of Forest Hill with TONS of new treasures such as Costume Jewelry, Autographed Books, & More! This mansion was built in 1903 for the Ballantine Family (founders of the Ballantine Beer Company) and features 11 rooms. Although the mansion has only had 4 owners since it was built, the most recent owners filled the home with their prized collections and specially curated antiques. Though many years were spent antique shopping, now EVERYTHING goes up for sale! This appointment based sale will take place for ONE DAY ONLY on Saturday, May 24th (11am to 6pm. Last appointment @ 5pm). Areas open for exploration include the Side Yard, Sun Porch, Dining Room, Front Entrance & Foyer, Living Room, Grand Staircase Of Artwork, 2nd Floor Foyer, 2nd Floor Guest Bedroom, 2nd Floor Office/Library, & Basement. The garage and 3rd floor will be CLOSED because everything has been sold and combined to the lower floors of the house. *Nationwide shipping is available on most items.
