Community Wide Yard Sales off 2100 Block Eastern Blvd. at Kingston Rd. Middle River, MD 21220
1,300 homes on peninsula south of Geresbeck's. Neighbors will set-up in their yards and use general times as guidance for their sales. The above address gets you to tip of peninsula, look for signs as you go throughout community. It is a 3-day event Friday - Saturday - Sunday hours vary per day.

Over 1,300 homes on Hawthorne Peninsula have been invited to participate in Annual Hawthorne Community Yard Sales.
As an older community many residents use opportunity to clean-up and out. Younger families have lots of toys and clothes available. Items at yard sales typically include: Antiques, boating items, books, clothing, coats, collectibles, craft goods, electronics, fabric, fishing gear, furniture, games, gardening items, hardware, housewares, infant clothing, jewelry, office supplies, marine equipment, pet items, plants, scarfs, shop supplies, sporting goods, tools, toys, yard goods. Looking for something special, just ask…the worse that happens is they say, “No”. Maybe they just didn’t put it out, yet.
Many talented people live within community, they will often have their craft and business wares available for sale.
While all participants are encouraged to post directly to Social Media with their address, hours and photos of their treasurers, majority rely on this general notice.
Please be courteous of neighbors, watch for 25 mph speed limit, 4-way stop signs, people walking and double parking…don’t block street traffic.

Rt. 43 (White Marsh Blvd) East to RIGHT onto MD150 (Eastern Blvd)
Make LEFT at Kingston Road (2nd traffic light)

Next Exit – MD 150 – EAST (Eastern Blvd)
Make RIGHT at either S. Hawthorne or Kingston Rd (4th traffic light)
