Welcome to our next emergency estate sale auction. We wanted to have this on-site, but because of hazardous conditions in the house and law enforcement not allowing us to let people park on Norris Ferry Rd, due to no shoulder and heavy traffic, this is the only avenue we have. There are going to be many items in this house that we will not be able to bring to you because of time constraints. We must have this property cleared before the end of the month, so even though I know there are a lot of things you would have grabbed at the site, sadly, they will have to be donated. About half of the items that will be in theseauctions are not going to be for the masses. They are above the "average" price in value, but please check back each day as I will be adding as many items as I can get in until the last minute, and there is more than I will be able to list.. Most of the items we are listing at the beginning are true, high-end pieces, so please note that not everything will be in this upper tier of categories, but we wanted to make sure they did not get left out.There is Lalique, Baccarat, Waterford, Steuben, Horchow, Meissen, Gold, Silver, Baseball Cards, Star Wars Collectibles, Peter Rabbit, and plenty of high-reaching furniture pieces, but on the flip side, we have some pretty awesome kitchen items and garage items, and we keep pulling out things that have been put away for many years. We will run the auctions on 2 days and put up as many items as we can possibly get ready for this weekend, so stay tuned and check back daily to see what's been added. THX
