I buy out entire estates and sometimes vintage/other stores and bring all the items to this location to sell so there are items from multiple estates and 3 stores on premises with new items being added daily. ALL ITEMS HAVE PRICE TAGS & most have been crossed out and new, lower prices given! (see red ink price!) PLEASE PULL IN THE DRIVEWAY FOR SAFETY. WHEN LEAVING, JUST DRIVE THROUGH THE CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY SO YOU DON'T BACK OUT INTO TRAFFIC IF YOU’VE BEEN HERE BEFORE, HERE’S WHY YOU SHOULD COME BACK: For one, new items are put out before, during and after each sale as boxes are unpacked. Secondly, even if you’ve been here before and even if you spent an hour looking around, you didn’t see everything. There’s just too much to see in one visit. Seriously, there really is. Also, we are fun people so come tell us what you’re looking for and maybe we can find it for you. We also have a customer list for people looking for specific items. Another reason is you saw something you liked the last time you were here and didn’t buy it. You now regret this decision and want to buy it. At any other estate sale, it would be too bad, too sad but possibly not here as it may very well still be here waiting for you to come get it. Oh, and you get to pet Sissy, the white mini schnauzer! She’s so darn cute!! IS THIS BASICALLY JUST A “YARD SALE”? Absolutely not! A yard sale would consist of random stuff (junk) a person doesn’t want any longer. It’s just scraps of stuff. This IS an estate sale, just a different kind than you are used to. There is an accumulation of over 9-12 different estates at any given time. These aren’t items no one wanted any longer. Most are treasured possessions of those who have moved on from this world and the treasures need to be “rehomed” The cool thing? It’s all in one place! SO, IF I DON’T SELL AN ITEM FOR A LONG TIME, IS IT STILL HERE EVERYTIME YOU COME? Not necessarily. In fact, I constantly assess my inventory and will pull items that have been here for too long. Once the items have become despondent that no one loves them, I donate them to Goodwill in hopes they can still find a new home where someone will treasure them. YOU DEFINITELY SHOULD COME BACK AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH, RIGHT? CORRECT! And say, “HI” when you get here. We love our repeat customers! Items are in a 900 square foot garage, a 40' shipping container, and an enclosed trailer, with some on racks and tables in the driveway. Come check it out!!!
