Contents of two storage units, 10' x 10' & a 10' x 15" being sold by the storage unit owner. Contents include bicycles, jewelry, coins, bedroom set dresser, fridge, shoe boxes, vacuums, generator, MacBook laptop, Christmas tree, energy boost drinks, bicycles, jewelry/watches, coins, foreign currency bills, safe box, tires, professional camera equipment, rug, strollers, tool box with tools, household items & more. The authenticity of items have not been checked/guaranteed. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. The units are located in Poughkeepsie, NY.Payment is due by Thursday, May 15 at 1PM.Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends.Pickup must be completed by Sunday, May 18 at 5PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the units or on the storage facility property & have the units broom swept clean by Sunday, May 18 at 5PM. Anything left in the units after Sunday, May 18 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any units not 100% completely cleaned out the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. The keys to the units & the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday , May 16 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.All lots sold as is, where is.
