Emergency Estate Sale This Weekend ~ May 9Th & 10Th ~ 9:00-4:00 ~ Spring Lake

Our Estate Sale this week is an emergency Estate Sale. Everything must go. The house is sold, so we need to have everything out of the house this weekend. IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW... This house is in a private gated subdivision in Spring Lake. The HOA is going to allow us to have the sale in here, but they have some very strict rules. The street that goes down the subdivision is very narrow. There will be some issues with parking. Whatever you do, DO NOT park on anyone's grass and DO NOT block anyone's driveway. All I ask is that you be very respectful of the neighbors. We also have an electric chairlift for transporting a person upstairs. It is practically new and has only been used a few times, so if you need one, get it NOW. The new owners of this house is gutting the entire kitchen, so if you are in need of some really nice high-end built-in appliances, you need to come and check it out. This is a very upscale house, there are also a lot of upscale items. There are names like Waterford, Steuben, Tiffany & Co, Aladdin, Fenton, Cartier, Lalique, and others. There is also very nice furniture, art, and decor. We will release the address on Thursday. FYI...we are working on 2 (including this one) emergency estate sales. The owners did not think the house would sell so quickly, but it did, so now we are in a race to get the houses cleared for the next owners. We are also working on a 5-bedroom, 3-bath house, and we need to pick up 3 full storage units to move over to it. The contents of the lady who passed mother's things were packed up and put in the storage units, so now all of the items in storage will be brought to the house. It's going to be a little bit crowded. If I have time, I will post more pictures; however, since I am running out of time, it is doubtful that I will be able to do so.
