(5/7) This sale features a rather large collection of Hummel figurines as well as decor, furniture, and all the regular household items you would expect. There is a good mixture of everything.The photos are going to your best idea of what we have available. This house has a very unique set up with a very tight lay out and lots of stairs. It is a split level home so there will be stairs up to bedrooms and steps down to the basement. It is also perched on a unique lot with a set of stairs up to the front door. Moving items throughout this home with customers is going to be tricky. We will have staff on hand to help navigate getting people out safely. If you have trouble navigating stairs, it would be recommended that you have some assistance coming to this sale. We don't want to discourage people from coming to a sale but this one will be tough to navigate. We will start at promptly at 9:00am on both days. We will have a sign up sheet out on Friday morning for early birds to hold their position to enter. Should be out around 8:00am. The tight layout of this home will also make it difficult to get a lot of people in when we start. We ask for your patience while waiting to get in. It may take some time to safely get everyone in to the home. There is plenty of parking on the neighborhood streets. Please be respectful and do not block driveways. Please do not message us about items available in this sale. We do not hold items or do early showings. We also do not check this site regularly when sales are posted so message will more than likely be overlooked.
