We generally don’t give pricing out ahead of time for several reasons: i.e- we’re usually still trying to finish pricing right up to opening day so we don’t always have the answer to every item, also because we are so busy with all of the preparation for opening, we just don’t have time to answer all questions (let alone all of the pricing questions that we get). Sorry. What I can say is this: We try to price under average market value knowing that we are trying to “liquidate” all of the treasures in 3 or 4 days. But, no matter what the price is, we always take reasonable offers. And, we always say “The more you buy, the better the deals!” We have many repeat customers and regular followers that appreciate us for our pricing. So come on out for a visit, “Make A Pile And We’ll Make You A Deal!!” ***PLEASE NOTE **** DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY!!! Please realize that there is a circle up by the house for turning around to exit. It’s the only place really to turn around. You may unload your wive’s and mom’s and then go park. You also may load your purchases at the circle. You can’t see the house from the road as it is wooded. There are a couple of spots that possibly you can pull off to the side of the driveway but limited. There are cameras in use on the property. Please pay for your items BEFORE loading them. Receipts must be shown to driveway attendant. Thank you! This beautiful home is nestled in the middle of horse country!
