This gated community opens its gates only 1 day every year, allowing the homes to offer for sale, goods from their garage and yard. Usually there is a garage sale every 4th house...and it's always full of GOOD STUFF!
Gates will open at 7am and the sale ENDS at NOON.
Maps indicating which homes will be having a garage sale are going to be distributed at the gates to the community.
Usually full of Clothing, Shoes, Home Decor, Baby items, Kid's toys, Books, Movies, Bicycles, Electronics, Home improvement materials, yard work tools, and sometimes there are collectibles and specialty items. Watch out for more homes in the neighborhood adding their listings to this posting - with more details and photos of items for sale.
