Items include homegoods, kitchen supplies, mens and womens clothing, living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture, tools, dish sets, collectibles, home decor, office supplies, gardening, animal supplies, etc.

People are staying on the property so everything will be monitored during closed hours.

All items will be condensed into the home, the covered porch, and the outdoor covered patio area. Access to all other buildings on the premises will not be permitted.

Property is not wheelchair accessible. Be aware that the home has a step to get into and there is not ramp. There is a cobble walkway from the covered patio area to the house, but much or the area is dirt and grass so be cautious of your step and the ground.

Bring help to lift large items.

Bring your own packing material and bags.

Cash, credit, and venmo accepted (pending cell and wifi service due to weather)
