He did the iron work in many areas in Louisville including the Palace Theatre. He was very eccentric. We found a human skull in a box this week and had the have the coroner come. It is being sent to the state medical examiner. They think it was just something strange he had. I am having this sale in order to raise money to fix the house. It is in bad shape, but I love it.
