Estate sale on Friday and Saturday, May 24 - 25, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at: 13464 Sparta Ave. Kent City, MI 49330 The bulk of the sale will take place in the barn. It will mainly contain books, women's clothes and accessories, and nick nacks of various sorts. The most common size will be Medium, but other sizes will be there. There is some vintage clothes from the 50-60s as well as some horrible pant suits from the 70s. There will many more items and articles that households usually have, and you can expect to find most of them here. There will be some vintage toys. I try to add some more detail later. Inside the house will be the furniture. There are some antiques, including a secretary, a chest, an ice chest, a trophy case, and a few other things that I'm forgetting now. Other furniture include: a 3 piece dining room set (Dining room table and chairs, dinette, and credenza) 3 Dressers a roll top desk a tiny little organ a recliner lift chair a divider book case Ask for John, and I will answer any questions if you are interested in something in the house. There will be a crazy amount of stuff at this sale. Such things include: loads of housewares, furniture, vessel sink, ottomen, girls clothes(size 12 months to 7), also juniors/womens name brand clothes(lots of them still have tags on them), toys, computers (the monitors just 3 bucks), printers, bathroom cabinets, twin size headboard, wood toy box, some manly stuff (helmet, tools etc.) And so so much more! Everything is in good shape and well taken care of. We will be adding things to our sale throughout the day friday and saturday. Come check us out this lovely weekend. We will be opening on friday at 10am and stay open until 5pm. On saturday we will open at 8 am and close at 5pm. There is a big parking lot kitty corner across the street from me for easy parking.
