Items include ladders, tools, twin bed with frame and headboard, housewares, frames, desk, books, Christmas decorations, bookcases, a hot tub (that goes inside for bathing - you would install it - by Kohler - never used), reel to reel machine, an old canoe, some old metal spoke wheels, and then more tools.
