Sale is this Friday May 25 only. All furniture must be picked up same day by 4pm. If you can not pick up by then you can arrange for pick up with me after the weekend if the item is Paid For. I will not hold items if they are not paid. Must pick up by June 1. I will not deliver. CASH ONLY! No Checks unless it is a cashiers check drawn on a local bank dated for sale date and teller stamped, a deposit must be made if you leave sale to get a cashiers check for an item or I Will Sell The Item. Gas stove is in my kitchen, you will need to disconnect it and remove it yourself. If you would like to see an item early please contact me, I will be happy to show appliances and furniture early.
