We really need to get rid of plenty of stuff! First we emptied my mother-in-law's house and moved her in with us. Then we had to empty our basement in order to refinish it. When the construction started, piles of stuff went into storage. The project's finished, and now we really, really want to get rid of all this stuff! Complete array of things small and large. • Books, books ... a ton of children's books! • Toys, stuffed animals, games • Lots of miscellaneous smalls and kitchen items • Some kids' clothes • Three small kids' bicycles (two need minor work) • Coats and jackets • Halloween items . . . many hand-made costumes! • Some Christmas decorations • Lamps • Pull-out couch • Kitchen table and six chairs -- old • Wing chair, broken leg. • And a lot more stuff that we can't remember until we unpack it on Friday and Saturday Some really good stuff: • Custom made crib bedding set (bed skirt, sheets, comforter, bumper pads) in mix of patterns and colors (blue, yellow, green, lavender). • Hand-painted lamp, mirror, and wall rack in cow-jumped-over-the-moon theme for a baby's room. • Cheval glass-top desk from the Bombay Company -- have had it forever and just took it out of its original cartons and assembled it several days ago. • Two 9-foot artificial Christmas trees, with lights, in unopened cartons. Original retail price $399. Will sell for $99. • Many Thomas the Tank Engine buildings, bridges, and stations. A ton of track pieces. • Thomas the Tank toy box, table. (Or if coming from the west on Washington Ave., a couple of blocks after Canco Rd., left onto Pheasant Hill.) Go up the hill, left on Graystone. Last house on the right, dead-end street. Be sure to come by! We need to get rid of all this stuff.
