Estate Sale of retiring antiques dealer, plus family members, featuring many, many antiques and vintage items. The sale will be held on Saturday October 25th AND Sunday October 26th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on both days. Pictures of selected items will be posted on Friday, due to the rain. NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE, as we will be actively setting up right until the start of the sale on Saturday morning, and the rain has pushed us behind schedule. We are clearing out several outbuildings/storage units for this sale. The sale will include many pieces of antique furniture including: desks, chests of drawers (many with mirrors), beds, dining tables, small tables and stands, student desks, sofas, dining chairs, upholstered chairs, treadle sewing machine bases, clothes trees, large oak fireplace mantle with mirror and columns, oak bowed glass china cabinets, painted kitchen cupboard, furniture parts, etc., etc., etc. We will have 15+ tables set-up which will be loaded with antique and vintage items including: glassware, china, collectibles, home accessories, table lamps, Tiffany style hanging lamps, 100's of mostly vintage books, housewares, NIB Lenox, Gorham, Dansk, and Mikasa pieces, leaded crystal pieces, crystal stemware/glasses, holiday items, silverplated items, pottery, Victorian era items, etc., etc., etc. There will also be several artwork table set-up that will contain many paintings including watercolors, oils on canvas, and prints. There will be a tool area which will contain many handheld tools and some power tools. Items will be "priced to sell" and there are several pieces of furniture that are ready to be painted or finished to your liking and design tastes. If you are in search of inexpensive pieces of antique and vintage furniture to "re-do" than look no further than here this Saturday and Sunday! Again, I have to say "NO EARLY BIRDS!", as we are way behind schedule due to the rain. Dealers are always welcome and enjoyed, but please do not arrive on Thursday or Friday, or in the dark of the morning on Saturday with flashlights, as you will not be allowed to view items, let alone purchase items. There will be no early sales. The mailing address is Sewell, however, the house is in the Barnsboro section of Mantua, between Main Street and Center Street, not in Washington Twp. We have correctly set the pin on the map to the right for you to view our location, so you don't have to GPS it. Thank you!
