Our development is having a community yard sale tomorrow 5/19. I do not know how many families are going to be participating. I can only tell you what I will be selling. I have two little girls age 2 and 8 so the majority of what I'm selling will be kids stuff. I have full wardrobes of brand name (gap, old navy, llbean, childrens place, gymboree, polo, calvin klein etc) clothes, winter coats, shoes, formal/holiday dresses, accessories, bags, purses, games, toys, decorative items, dolls, cd's, movies, books, you name it! I have many baby items like bumbo chair, strollers, diaper pail, high chair/shopping cart cover, jenny jumper, rattles, walker etc. Most of my children's clothes are in the ranges of 18mos-2T and 5/6/7. There are some odd's and ends in between. I will have young miss clothes, suits, formal dresses, coats, shoes, accesories, beauty products, pj's, household items, kitchen items, wall hangings, knick knacks etc. Most of my clothes are size medium, a few larges, but think in the size 5ish range with a few odd's and ends in between.. I have a full collection of beautiful porcelain dolls, never opened, still in box, bubble wrapped, with certificates in some of them. All of my things are in excellent used condition. You will also find that I have several items new with tags or new in box (especially the kids stuff, toys etc) great for gifts! :) The list is not all inclusive, but wanted to be clear about the type of items and the majority of items that i will have available. All of my items will be priced to sell. Time to unload and declutter! :) NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE. We will begin at 8am. I do not have musical intruments or jewlery other than a few costume pieces I may put out. I also will not have any major electronics. Happy Holidays!!!! We are consolidating multiple homes! Lots of extra stuff to get rid of. Our loss is your gain! we have childrens clothes toys and games all in good shape.
