I live in Lake Arrowhead and am moving. This Memorial Day weekend we are having a yard/garage/estate sale Fri-Sun, from 8am-4 pm. If you've never been up here for Mem. day weekend, there are TONS of sales, and it's easy and fun to drive all over and go to a lot of them. Arrowhead is about 1.5 hours drive (75 miles) from Pasadena. There are a lot of great deals up here, and it looks like the weather is going to be nice, and make for a beautiful weekend. I have a lot for sale; couches, tables, clothes, catering stuff, kitchen appliances, clothes steamer, fridge, etc. Our address is 26645 Lake Forest Dr., Twin Peaks. You can google it for directions. Email with any questions. The main items are: -Jotul GF DVII Nordic OT gas stove - 6 yrs old, black, works great, in great shape. Retails $1,500. Selling for $800 -LG washing machine - 6 MONTHS old, white, stainless interior, large capacity. Retails for $650, selling for $475 -Kenmore dryer - works great, good shape, 9 yrs old, $150 - LG XL tall stainless dishwasher - really nice 3 yrs old. Retails $650, sell for $350 -Kirkland white fridge top/bottom, great shape, it was our spare fridge, 4 years old. Retails $400, sell for $200 -Vintage pedestal sink w/faucet - nice shape, some rust, but nice for vintage $100 -Vintage pedestal sink by Thos Maddock Sons of Trenton, NJ. It's stamped 1903, but I believe it's from the 30's. Beautiful sink in nice shape w/faucet $375 -Ceiling fan - Hampton, Home depot. 6 yrs old. Retails for $200, sell for $60 with remote -Vintage white 54" claw foot tub/faucet. Could use a reglazing, but otherwise in nice shape. I had the legs sandblasted then painted silver - it looks nice. One leg was deteriorating so I moved it to a corner that you can't see it, and put a wood block under it just in case. Works great, much nicer than the new acrylic tubs; retains heat way longer. You'll need to bring help to get it out-it's heavy. I'll help where I can. Hard to find size. $450
