This is a lovely home with lots of great furniture, a great assortment of smalls, and quite a bit of costume jewelry (that is still being sorted out). Sofas, chairs, a dining room suite, several beds and dressers ... many are ready to move into your place, but there's a nice assortment of project pieces as well. Showcases include some Waterford desktop pieces, a nice Roseville vase, and other assorted smalls. One showcase will be filled with an assortment of costume jewelry, and it's really lovely. Some vintage, but a very clever assortment of designer pieces including Swarovski, Erwin Pearl, JJ, HIlery London glass necklaces, one Ciner piece so far ... and it's bold, sparkling jewerly -- lots of chunky statement pieces. We have nice vintage stemware, many decorating accents -- she really liked the Oriental influence -- wall decor, and all sorts of other great finds. There is a stadium seat from Old Comiskey Park (there were Sox fans!), and although there isn't any type of authenticator, those who know the design and the layer of colors will know what it is. Garage has some tools, gardening items, a lawn mower, and other things. There is also clothing and bedding, and Oreck upright vac and an unused Oreck hand-held vac. Quite a bit of variety in this one ... check the pictures and you'll find even more than what's shown when you get there! Our numbers at 9:30.
