The Wheaton International Market is open every Saturday and Sunday, 9 am -- 4 pm, at the Wheaton Westfield Shopping Mall. It is located on the parking lot for the Westfield North office building at 2730 University Blvd W. This is the place in Montgomery County and the Greater Washington, DC area for bargain hunters and collectors who are seeking items for their homes, personal use or their collections. It is easy to find and has plenty of parking in the area. It is near Macys, Target, Starbucks, Giant Food, Baja Fresh and McDonalds. Vendors are selling many sought after items including international and domestic crafts, jewelry, art, paintings, prints, movie memorabilia, sports memorabilia, antiques, furniture, toys, posters, dolls, various collectibles, vintage cloths, tools and other items. Shoppers will be delighted at the items that they find at this market. Vendor set-up time is 7 am - 9am and the vendor space (2 parking spaces) fee is $25. Vendors bring their own tent, tables and chairs. To set-up vendors should come early either Saturday or Sunday morning to register, pay the $25 fee and be assigned a space. There is no need to register ahead of time. This is the place for small businesses to start and grow.
