The apartment is sunny, quiet and very central.

Very close to the sea, to the bus station, to the center (no more than 15 min. on foot), to 800mt. Shopping malls, bars, cafes, medical clinic just 3 min. on foot away, has a playground, gym, is very close to a circuit of carting, horse riding, to the port of Can Picafort, the church, the town hall, the local police and municipal library, clubs and many places of entertainment, fun and sports like cycling, horseback riding, walks in the Albufera Natural Park, Finca Son Real, pine forests, areas of outdoor recreation, golf and endless charming places, is a very strategic for hikers including notably the long distance footpath that crosses the Serra Tramuntana in Mallorca, multiple adventure activities (trekking, climbing, canyoning, ...) etc..
Rules and others: There is a chance to pick up guests from the airport, there is also a good connection with the auto bus service from Palma airport to Can Picafort.
The use of the kitchen will be only for breakfast, if you intend to make some extra food may apply to the owner. Both the room and the use of the apartment is non-smoking. Use of the fitness room is optional it should be obtained prior to the owner and the use is at own risk, we are not responsible for any damages or risks that may occur during use.
