Two yard/carport sales going on Saturday May 18th from 8am until noon. 25 Grandview and just down the road 47 Grandview. The garage/carport sale offers anything for sale at only 50 cents per item. Outdoor gardening, indoor kitchen, drapes, silk flowers, collectibles, clothing mostly men's, tools, philatelic first day covers, plate blocks and other specialty stamp items, vases, some DVD's and CD's, and other sundry items. Look closely at the photos to spy many items not mentioned. There are two working coffee makers, one toaster oven and yes, they are 50 cents each. Grab bag specials as well, each bag categorized as kids, electrical, computer, toiletries, etc. One of the grab bags contains a coupon for a beautiful table top fountain. There will be no more than 20 grab bags, buy them all for $10 and you are guaranteed to win the fountain. 47 Grandview is down from Sand Hill Rd about one tenth a mile and on the corner of the first Grandview Circle turn. Display is my forte and I stage these sales to feed my creative side. Obviously, the cash take is limited due to the 50 cent concept, but what the hay!!

Everything is a bargain, some items are 'steals" such as toaster oven, coffee makers, suit coats, vests, blazers, casual short sleeve shirts, vases, chrome towel bar, brass outlet covers, ,hand tools, kitchen utensils, garden tools, pots and flower containers, suit cases, shoes, crystal bowl, platters, art work, rugs, tablecloths, trivets, philatelic first day covers, plate blocks, sunglasses, craft supplies, heavy duty staplers, wall clock, silk flowers, candles, about 15 combination locks in bright colors to be used in craft artwork, top quality wooden hangers, photo paper for your copier/printer, head lamps, specialty cook books, some DVD's, some CD's, leather billfolds, credit card holders, cloth shopping totes, ball caps and other hats, and working on paper grab bags which will be categorized such as kids, tools, electrical, crafts, computer, etc. These grab bags will contain at least three 50 cent items or more. One will contain a gift certificate for a beautiful table fountain. which you can view on Craigslist. I'll be posting more photos later today. Those who have attended my porch sales have experienced my display. I have fun spending time preparing and setting up. Come share that energy!! Men's clothes are size medium to large, footwear 9.5 to 10, women's clothes sized 14 or so, no children's clothing, belts sized 32 - 34.
